SPECTRAN-119 , my first machine learning project

The SPEKTRAN-119M (Спектран-119М) is an infrared (NIR) analyzer designed to determine the quality parameters of ground grain, including moisture, protein, and oil content. It operates by measuring diffuse reflection coefficients in the near-infrared spectrum to analyze grain and oil crops. The output calculated as result of Multiple Linear Regression, 19 input variables and 6 outputs. The device is often used for evaluating barley, wheat, and other grain quality.

• Operating Principle: NIR absorption spectroscopy (diffuse reflectance) of ground grain samples.
• Application: Used for protein, moisture, and starch determination in cereal and oilseed crops.
• Status: Note that some sources indicate the Spektran-119M was produced by LOMO (ЛОМО) and is often listed as out of production, having been replaced by more modern analyzers.
